Jeep Upgrades

Jeep Repair There's no holding back at G&G when it comes to Jeep repairs and upgrades.	Jeep Repair This 2013 Jeep came in because the owner had experienced a scary "Death Wobble" and wanted it checked. The shocks all the way around were completely worn out to the point where you could easily rock the Jeep side to side just by grabbing a door or bouncing both ends easily. The steering damper was also badly worn. All stacked up, it was scary to drive, and the raised suspension and 35 inch tires made it worse!	Jeep Repair We replaced all 4 shocks with Bilsteins and installed a Rancho dual steering stabilizer kit. A dramatic improvement needless to say!

The Jeep drives/rides/handles better than new. They took the time to update me during the build including sending me pictures. I couldn’t be happier."
The Process The front end all apart with some new suspension pieces installed.	Installation Here Alex has the new front differential carrier ready for ring gear installation. This is a Dana 30 front axle and requires the diff change when going to 4.56.1 gears.	5 This Revolution Gear ring and pinion package was a special request. The gear installation kit that came along with them did not include side carrier shims, but did include pinion shim sets. We do a lot of gear swaps so we had the side shims in stock to correctly set the gear backlash. The gears set up fine, run quiet and smooth.
Finished Product This Jeep is ready to roll. Complete Metal Cloak 3.5 lift suspension kit, re-geared axles to 4.56.1, and new tires. Complete installation including tires and alignment by G&G Automotive. We do every step in house!
